New thinking for Graduates

In London today several newspapers comment on the number of graduates who apply for each new job advertised. An average of two hundred!

Graduates, like so many people, still believe that A JOB is the only solution. Many now are disillusioned and talk about the sacrifices made by them and their parents to get a degree and qualify themselves for a better life. It is  hard to build a portfolio life without work experience, but for many people it is going to be the most sensible alternative. We need to tell politicians and government authorities who are tryong so hard to "create jobs" that there are other ways to be productive. And not to let so many graduates in the Western world believe that they have failed if they cannot find full time employment.
